Nominating your organization for a Seraph Operational Excellence Award can lead to far-reaching industry recognition, future partnership opportunities, and a new perspective on operational excellence.
There is no cost to apply.
If you are a supplier that has a plant location that is pushing manufacturing forward, reliably making great parts, we think you deserve to be celebrated!
Who should apply:
Manufacturers with operations in North America that achieve exceptional results are eligible to apply for the Seraph Operational Excellence Awards. Please note that each application is for a single plant, so we encourage you to put forward your best! You can submit an application for each of your top performing manufacturing facilities. Winning plants from previous years may reapply, including other manufacturing facilities within the organization.
What to expect:
Applicants must complete an online questionnaire tailored to each plant location applying. The questionnaire takes approximately one hour to complete and evaluates your facility based on our criteria for a best-in-practice plant. Each company applies within a maximum of two industries at a time. All information shared during the process is confidential, protected by our company NDAs and privacy policy – which you can view here.
Industry Recognition
Opportunity to be recognized as a top supplier, winners will be promoted through social media, the press, and industry organizations.
Thorough Assessment
Seraph will conduct a 1-day on-site assessment for the top finalists, valued at over $10,000. All finalists will receive an onsite assessment report. Timing and duration will be accommodated based on each applicant’s availability.
Expert Evaluation
Be evaluated by a judging panel of industry experts with prominent leadership positions.

Round TWO
Onsite Assessment
The top finalist organizations from Round One will receive a complimentary on-site assessment conducted by the Seraph team. Scheduling and audit duration will be arranged to align with the applicant’s availability. This visit, led by experienced manufacturing consultants, will evaluate criteria specific to each industry category.
April, 2026
Round THREE
Finalists Review
Our experienced leadeship panel will review findings from the plant assessment to select the top four winners. All winners will be promoted via the press, social media and obtain the right to use the award mark on your website or any place you see fit.
Mid-May 2026
FINAL
Awards Banquet
All winners will receive a complimentary reserved table to invite others from your organization to attend.

We’re thrilled to announce the 2026 Seraph Operational Excellence Awards, happening on June, 2026, in Detroit, Michigan. Join us for an evening of celebration featuring an awards ceremony, networking with industry peers, a delicious dinner, and plenty of cheers.
We were incredibly happy with the turnout of last year’s first awards ceremony. Our celebration included over 140 guests from over 50 companies represented. Guests enjoyed a cocktail hour and appetizers followed by an elegant dinner that provided great networking opportunities while celebrating the award winners.
Starting January 2026, you can reserve your tickets for the upcoming awards ceremony which will take place on June, 2026.
